The Stand-Up Paddle, or SUP for the intimates, is a sport that conquers more and more fans. Porto da Barra Beach, in Salvador, with clean and transparent waters, is one of the best in Brazil for SUP. If you already practice the sport or have your own equipment, the city offers well-located, modern and well-maintained sheds, showers and instructors that offer classes and courses.
To ensure your safety, it is essential that you know how to swim, but a life jacket can also be a good request. Before entering the sea, protect yourself well, it’s worth the UV t-shirt, cap, sunscreen, because it’s such a nice sport that you can stay in the sea for hours and not even notice!
