History and Culture
Osmar Circuit, also called Campo Grande, is the most traditional of Salvador Carnival and has a course of approximately 4 km and 5 hours duration. It passes by Avenida Sete de Setembro, Castro Alves Square, and finishes in Avenida Carlos Gomes. It is where great trios and great names of the music perform.
