The gastronomic delights of Mistura bring in its origins the Brazilian and Mediterranean cuisine. The ingredients are brought from the sea, and the flavors, accentuated in the recipes of chef Andréa O. Ribeiro. Environments carefully planned to provide a complete gastronomic experience, a true mixture of flavors. The sea is the inspiration, from where the fish go straight to the grill and from there to the customers’ tables. The old beach stand, Mistura Fina, known as a “decorated” beach stand with dozens of suits hanging around it, is now in two more comfortable addresses: one at Itapuã and the other one on Contorno Avenue. Among the many options there is the rosso beetroot fettuccine, with charlotte onion cream, caviar and scampi or cod at low temperature, with potato cream, chlorophyll and dehydrated black olives.
