Gerônimo, o pagador de promessas!

Make time on your Tuesday nights to the eternal keeper of promise, singer, trumpeter and songwriter Geronimo Santana! The truth is that between 2005 and 2015, Geronimo turned the stairs into a grand ball of Bahian music.

Nowadays, the show is much bigger, with excellent structure and accompanied by the Monte Serrat band. It always happens on Tuesdays, at Largo Pedro Archanjo, in Pelourinho, starting at 8pm. He welcomes several guests with whom he sings many classics. His best-known composition “É d’Oxum”, in partnership with Vevé Calasans, can’t be missing, neither “Eu sou Negão”, one of the Bahian carnival hymns in 1986.

Did you get curious? Very well known among the soteropolitans, Gerônimo was percussionist of the Trio Eléctrico Dodô and Osmar, having also worked with Luiz Caldas. Unmissable! Largo Pedro Archanjo – # 10, Rua Gregório de Matos – Pelourinho, Salvador – BA, 40026-240

The Bahian Association and Observatory of Culture and Art (ABOCA), in Santo Antônio Além do Carmo, is a point of cultural effervescence at night in the Historic Center. One of the most picturesque and interesting places in the city is frequented by a lively crowd, who queues in the door to get in soon, after all, the night is pure excitement.
